Hi people,
I have a question. Lately Herbal Supplements are advertised. I want to know what this “herbal” means: What do they put in a diet pill?

Hey,
Most of herbal diet pills contain ephedrine or ephedra, guarana, and similar stimulants. Herbal Supplements are certainly not as healthy as “herbal” might sound.
