Help: Menstrual Cycle

Hello, for the past two years my period has been regular, for seven days, for the first two-for days my period would stop, then it would become lighter until on the 7th day it would stop. However, this period I it was light the first dat, kinds heavy the second, and then it it would stop, and all of a sudden I would have blood, but then it would just stop. I dont know what is going on. Please help me.
