Hi was recently informed that I have Haematomachrosis. I was informed that the effects of alchole and the speed that it has on the body is 4x greater than normal people. Is this correct?

I walk about 10000 steps per day but my Iron levels are still quite high along with my blood preasure. I am only 37 years old and reasonably fit. Could you suggest other types of exercise to help keep my condition under control.

I no longer drink except on speacial occassions like family birthdays and christmas as I have also been informed that will not affect my condition. I am looking for advise.
