HELP! - pressure in my vagina, abdominal pain and diaharrea!

I gave birth to a baby 8 months ago and have yet since developed some syptoms. I have a pain almost pressure like feeling in my vagina. I also have experienced abdominal pain and diaharrea? Any idea what this could be?

i also have this and my baby is also 8months, did u have a section? i did and im wondering if its anything to do with that.
