That is good that that is all working for you, I have recently lost weight by just cutting calories and excersizing and I am doing good, its so hard for me to cut carbohydreates... it seems imposibble lol but yeah maybe you can tell me a bit more about what you are doing, I dont have time for a gym, i am a stay at home mom but i am 19 and 187 pounds.. was 207 about 6 weeeks ago, you said you were mixing protein powder in your
water? What is that? Congradulations on losing 5 pounds in 1 week its hard, i know, so good luck and I hope you can keep losing weight!
