Erection problem: NO erection angle? Is this ED?

Hey guys, since I was a kid i could remember that my penis when erect does not have an angle. in other words, even though it is still erect, it still points downwards as if it's flaccid. the penis gets longer and harder but it still points downwards. I didn't know that this isn't normal until I begin to see porn videos. I thought this was normal because every male in the family has it like that. Is this Erectile Dysfunction? What doctor should I go to. I'm 19 now I hope doctor visits wouldn't be very expensive for a teen.
