Does anybody know if Equate weight Conscious works, or what it will help you with?

I just started taking it 1 week ago and it has given me an unbelievable amount of energy. It really helps at the gym!

I've been using it for about 2 months and I immediately noticed that my energy increased. I didn't know there was caffeine in it when I bought it, but I could tell a difference in my energy level. Take with food or it can cause a stomach ache. By the way, it really helps me focus during tests.
