Ephedra-Free Pills

I am aware of the possible damage of diet pills containing ephedra, but are there any ephedra- free pills to buy?

Hmm … ephedra free? There are diet pills that are ephedra free, but they contain a substitute for ephedra- it is synephrine, which is chemically very ephedra alike.
