Does flonase nasal spary cause the same side effects as other steroids?

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis. I am allergic to certain materials (I work in cotton factory). I did not have it before, it occurred three years ago, and the condition is still worsening, I use flonase spray for rhinitis and I need to know does flonase nasal spray cause the same side effects as other steroids

Flonase nasal spray belongs to glucocorticoids but doe not have unwanted side effects as orally applied glucocorticoids have. Those side effects occur rarely and include mild symptoms like sneezing, bleeding nose, headache sometimes. The worse would be a loss of smell. If something more serious than this occurs do not hesitate to go to a doctor.
