Hi, there can be many causes of
insomnia, but being preoccupied with something is certainly one of them. You must find some way to deal with stress. Everybody is under stress these days. It has become ordinary thing, even children. Maybe you can make a ritual for going to sleep , like taking bath, combing, listening to relaxing
music, drinking hot tea or milk, meditating. Maybe, it will be demanding in the beginning but later as you develop it as routine, it will not be so time consuming any more.
