Is there a difference between Norco & Maxidone? I have been using the first one in order to eliminate the knee pain I have been suffering of for some time now. My friend recommended me Maxidone as he has been using it for almost a month for relieving the broken arm pain. Now, I am reconsidering my medication. Norco does help, but maybe Maxidone is better?

Both Norco and Maxidone belong to the same group of pain relievers, based on acetaminophen and hydrocodone. Which one is better, well they do have different effects on different patients and areas they affect. If Norco is helping you out in dealing with the pain, I really see no reason for you to start taking some other medication. Anyway, if you want to start with a new drug, consult your doctor on that subject first. See what he has to say.
