My stomach is a reall mess and I have tried Bextra, Ultram, Motrin 800 mg, Napersyn, Darvocete and Percocete to treat it but nothing helped. Then, yesterday, I took a Darvocete and soon afterwards I threw up blood. What should I do?? I really can’t take this anymore!!! All these drugs are really not good (they do more harm than good) but if you call the doctor and complain about the pain they just seem to give you more and more of them!! Is there anybody here with solution for my problem?? I would really appreciate it!!!

Have you tried vicoprhofen? I know it is just another drug but it helped me a lot. Also, eat a lot of fruits, especially apple and drink ginger tea as much as you can. That really helps. I too have tried many other drugs, including Darvocet, and none of them really helped me.

Your poor tummy! I'm sorry Sad My pain doc just prescribed Percocet yesterday, and I too have tried Tramadol, Norco, Lortab, Darvocet, and megadose Advil & also take Robaxin (muscle relaxer) and Neurontin. I've been on heavy meds since my injury in March 2005, and now my stomach is rebelling. If you have blood it's very bad, likely a stomach ulcer. I was taking 4 advil 4x day, and my doc told me to back off it b/c I'd have the same problem you're having. When I took 2 types yesterday on an empty tummy I felt like my insides were burning. What type of injury/illness do you have??? Have you called your doc & told him you threw up blood?
