Dad\'s kidney\'s are both malfunctioning.

My Daddy's both kidneys are malfunction. His doctor recommends my
Daddy to do dialysis. If my Daddy does not want to do dialiyalis, is there medications that he can take for his kidneys?

What is the best medication my Daddy can take for his kidneys if he does not want to perform dialysis?
