Could this be serious?

I have a dull, steady ache on both sides of the head a d it increases over a period of hours, sometimes it develops in pulsating. Like there is a high pressure in my head. Otherwise I am 32 year old, female, generally good health. Could this be serious? What is wrong with me?

I think you have experienced symptoms of tension headache. I have them often and I usually use analgesics. Well, life changes are desirable...if it possible, but in my case are not, just meds for now. You should report this to a doctor, just to be sure. I cant tell you how serious it is.
