Could this be early pregnancy symptoms???

My 1st day of my period last month was March 8 ended by 15th. After 10 days, I bled followed by 2 days of reddish brown spotting,and on and off lower abdominal pain left or right. Today, April 3, I expected my period, and having pain and spotting. I red a lot of information about pregnancy but it made me more confuse. Can anybody help me please?

I understand what you're going through 'cause I experienced the same thing last Nov. I started spotting brown a week after I finished my period and it continued on and off... I was curious if I was pregnant so I took 2 preg tests and they were both +. I discovered that I was almost 2 months along and that it must be that I get my period once more after I'm pregnant. very complicated. I ended up miscarrying. Sounds like spotting during pregnacny isn't that uncommon, they often call it "implantation bleeding", but that it's more likely to miscarry if you do have spotting.
