Ever since I was about 5, well that's all I can remember...it was one specific day I started to feel really really sick, and I don't remember why but I remember sitting there and throwing up. I've felt ill and like I was then for 11 years...surely there's something wrong? I can't be pregnant..I haven't had a guy and I'm 15. Confused It makes no sense to me why it's making me feel this bad and Sad I need help! Crying or Very sad Please? It's affecting my life and killing my chances of working and achieving my GCSE grades...what can I do? Shocked .

Hi, i'm going through a serious nausea problem right now. it happenedthe first time when i was with my girlfriend, and since then has been reoccurring whenever i think of it. it's so frustrating because i jsut was to have a good time with her and not have to fight back the feeling that i'm going to throw up! please...does anyone have any suggestions of how i can breakthis cycle. i'm also starting to feel nausea when i think of her or associate anything with her....i can't get it out of my head. when i think about this feeling...it happens....please help!

my god!! i cant believe there are all you people out there with the same problem!!! im glad in a way that im not the only one! i am the same i think about her and i get sick! its crazy and ITS NOT A MENTAL THING. there is a physiological problem which puts you on the edge and if you are in a position of stress (public restaurant) or excitement (girlfriend/butterflies/nervous) its enough to put you over the edge and throw up. With me tho, when i stop weightlifting, it all dissapears after about a week to two weeks, depending on how much i eat- the less i eat, and more weight i lose, the quicker i get better. im off for a endoscopy too in 2weeks but i know they wont find anything because my problem isnt contstant. I have a feeling that powerlifting and heavy spinal loading puts alot of strain on the nervous system, which controls emptying of the stomach. however, i eat like 6 meals aday, (normal size) and this is further strain on the system. Im only a small guy (60 kg after a year of training and 10kg of gain) and im lifting about 140kg on the deadlift. so maybe some ppl just arent built to handle such strain. i really feel for you guys who havent "self inflicted" it. as it seems to be with me.

Yea, I can relate too. I have been suffering from nausea for a little less than a year. I dont feel like throwing up but it sticks with me all the time. Its least upsetting when I first get up in the morning. It has started since I had heart by-pass in January, but I dont think that has a connection. It gets so bad I hate to eat, and lasts all day long , no matter what I am physically doing. I cant do anything because I feel so sick to my stomach, it doesnt hurt as in pain, just a severe nausea feeling that is overwelming at times. i tend to belch a lot but not sure if there is any relation to it...any ideas.

i'm an 18 yo female searching for some answers and/or possible relief. i've been experiencing nausea since about Christmas time last year. I was diagnosed with a terrible upper respiratory infection which went away with antibiotics. since then i've been experiencing nausea on and off every day. I know that this is not normal and after several months of dealing with it, I'm ready to be normal again.
I'm a very active person and I don't let my nausea get in the way of me having fun. It is difficult because I've almost thrown up on SEVERAL different occassions (most often is while bowling.. i am on a league). I've noticed lately it has been getting worse, however, and I'm not sure why! Nothing has changed. I have a SLIGHTLY increased appetite but get full too quick. Growing up and even now i've ALWAYS been hungry and used to be able to eat a foot long at subway and not even 30 minutes later be hungry AGAIN! So this is extremely different for me to constantly be nauseated and hungry but unable to eat more than a few bites.
At first I sounded to myself, and a few close friends, like i was pregnant. But there is seriously NO possible way. I have passed three pregnancy tests (including one blood test for pregnancy) since the last time i had sexual intercourse... So the possibility of pregnancy is DEFINATELY out of the question here.
I need some kind of relief from this because I HATE being sick all the time. I suffer from Migraines and Eczema... so nausea is the last thing i want to ahve to deal with on top of all that! PLEASE if someone has any other advice than what's been listed... I would SO greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so now I'm a little concerned. I'm a 20yr old female, with a four year old daughter. I've battled Constant Nausea for I would say the better part of my teenage life and it seems to have worsened here recently. I would say about a week ago, I got extremely nauseas as I normally do anytime I lay down in my bed for some reason. Normally I can curl up with my boyfriend an just have him talk me through it and I'll fall asleep but this time there was no getting thru it. I felt the need to throw up, so I grab the garbage can and I'm gagging to the point where my face is turning red, and I feel all this pressure starting to build like I'm hanging upside down. I came down stairs and took my blood pressure, it was 140/105 which is scary for me mine stays around 98/65 day in and day out. Then I started burning in my chest, burning in my arms, burning like un-natural burning. I can't even describe the way I felt to be honest other than I felt I was on fire from the inside out. I lost my breath (and also have asthma) so I crawled from the kitchen to my mother's room and was basically having a nervous breakdown at this time. When my body starts almost convulsing. My brother takes me to the hospital where they said it sounded like an allergic reaction, gave me two adavan and a zophram and knocked me out basically. Since then I am nausea every time I finish eating, and even before because I have low blood sugar. This is affecting my life to an extent that I can't even play with my daughter or enjoy my personal life with my boyfriend because I'm constantly just nauseas. My doctor swears it's all psychological, and that there is nothing physically wrong with me. But I'm telling you now I know it's something much deeper than that.

I am a 22 year old female. i've had the same problem. I dont know if this has anything to do with it. but when i was in 6th grade or so i started to get really light headed and dizzy. my doctor had me test myself for hypoglycemia, but everything turned out to be fine. Around staring high school i started feeling really nauseous in the mornings, and before i went to bed, and have been dealing with it ever since. Most of the time i dont throw up i just feel horrible. This may be unrelated, but my doctor thinks i have endometriosis, because i also get horrible stomach cramps almost twice a week. sometimes it hurts so bad i get goosebumps and start feeling sick, but i'm not sure if that has anything to do with my constant nausea, because i've been feeling sick for so long and haven't had the cramps until a couple years ago.

i get nausea too, very often for about the last 4 months. Havent been to see a doctor.. usually its okay, but sometimes gets unbearable and i must go straight home and just lie down fighting the urge.. i never actually throw up though sometimes i try, nothing happens. its annoying!
i think mine is stress related, and definantly if i drink the next day it is extremely exadgerated, which is a shame cause i like drinking Smile

I'm 15 years old and since I got food poisoning last August, I haven't stopped feeling nauseous. I always feel like I'm going to throw up and I haven't since it firs started. My doctor thought it was an allergy and I've been monitoring my diet, but it still hasn't stopped.
