Considering liposuction, looking for a good surgeon in NY

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Howard Bellin, but after reading some horror stories about him on here I think I'll find a different doctor instead. I'm in NY, and I want plastic surgery but I'm not sure where to look for a surgeon. I guess using google isnt such a great idea, since thats how I heard of Dr. Bellin.

i've had surgery done in the past (quite some time ago now), and what i learnt from that experience was to be sure to be informed as best possible, visit more than 2 possible surgeons that would to the procedure, and be sure you have the moral support of friends & family (very important). and once you feel confident about your decision, enjoy ... it'll change your life!! samantha.
