The point in this article that I found to be very helpful is the different types of milks that children can have, so thank you for posting those different options here. It is actually very much appreciated!

According to ayurveda, a baby boy should be on exclusive mother's feed for 6 months and a baby girl should be exclusively on mother's feed for 7 months. Thereafter introduce other foods

Hi there, what is the difference between drinking milk for boys and for girls? I do not think I understand why. Could you explain a little more?
