Comments and reviews on article "Understanding So-Called Stabilizer Muscles"
Yeah! Indeed! This was a great article! Is well written and very informing. I still don’t know if I should try all these pills… I MEAN, ISN’T THERE A MORE NATURAL WAY? I mean like using some herbs for a tea, or something else? Pills just make me think to a drug rehab. Sounds funny, but… it’s not!

I have actually found out that there is something else that you could do to keep yourself from falling over and working on stabilizer muscles is to try exercising using a Swiss ball or try standing on a balance board because it can help strengthen those muscles very quickly. I didn't realize that at the time but it helped me develop my core quite a bit. I am really happy that I started doing it!
