These recipes are not the least bit diabetic friendly! In fact they are not healthy at all for anyone.

I'm guessing that if you want to make these diabetic friendly then you would use some sort of sugar substitute? I really like the idea of apple cake in a jar though! I might actually steal that idea so that I can make something delicious for friends and family this year for Christmas. I forgot to send stuff out last year so I hope that they'll forgive me for forgetting. Smile Thanks for posting this!
