instead of seeing a physician on a regular basis for a gloved digital massage, can one perform a similar massage using a soft latex dildo? Also, of what benefit is the massage? I've heard of men having orgasms during a digital exam. Wouldn't masturbation be just as effective?

bloody willy I actually think that it would be effective. I heard that it is good for men who masturbate to avoid prostate cancer so I imagine that prostate stimulation can be done at home too. What do you think? Do you do that?
