I actually have a friend who has this and I think one part that was left out is that--well, he is gay and he cannot have sex because he has this. I thik it's important to point out only because there have to be other people who have prostatitis who want to engage in sex and they might want to know about the difficulty that having this would pose to someone who wants to do it. I'm glad that you wrote this though. I think it's helpful for people who have it!
