Comments and reviews on article "Panic attacks and anxiety"
I have the same story. I dont know your name but you started off that you quit cold turkey. I did the same thing and then just had constant panic and anxiety. I am taking meds for both but i really would rather be off the meds. I used to be so outgoing and now i feel like a different person who is always scared. I found that eating healthy and excercise to help. but i do have the sweaty palms...racing heart and i think that is just from drinking for so long. I am now going to aa and that helps. email me if you need. Thanks for your note. Its feels good to know that people are ot there going throughh the same thing.

Its highly doubtful that it will go away completely anxiety comes and goes you might have to go to the doctor and get medication..depends on how severe your anixety is..if you start not being about to sleep and have severe insomia regulary i suggest seeing your doc asap
