If somebody can help me and answer question how can be solved problem with regular mood swing every month starting from second day of menstruation and last until 11-th day when reach pick in mood swing. At that time it is always to complain about something bad even happened long time ago and be angry, constantly thinking about bad things even in any other period of the month these things look normal. These conditions last for last 10 years and visit to psychologist and psychiatrist didn’t help. She is 31 years old.

What is it? Can be this solved with diet or supplements?

Your answer would be appreciated.
