Well...here i am in another try to lose weight. I have realise that i don't do much exercise and i feel that i don't even want to do it , because my selfsteem is very low by now. I know that the more youy
burn the lss fat you eat the most you lose weight...But what happens when you don;'t really excercise...is there a way to lose weight. I thin k it is what an ex-colleague of mine used to say."Close your mouth" and that;'s what i'm doing right now. I have realised that i can't afford three beautiful meals a day, bacause of what i have just said...i won't burn it...So i have decided being very cruel and cut out to just one normal meal (
tea time) and for brekky just my natural juice and skip lunch..Will se ehwta's going to happen, and of course controlling that one meal with a natural pill that i'm taking 30 mins before to controll apetite , otherwise i will eat for the three meals in just one...which can be the worst!!
