I think that there was another article on there (not quite sure) about supplements and appetite suppresants but I don't know if it talked about side effects. I am pretty sure it talked about how these changes were temporary and I think that's always something important to realize that appetite suppresants are not cure-alls and that it's a good idea to try to just lose weight the old fashioned way. Boring, but lasts longer!
