So it turns out that you can only use appetite suppressants for so long! I didn't think that they were only effective for a certain period of time and I think that's something a lot of people should know about this. Everyone's looking for a magic bullet on how to lose weight but ultimately you really have to just buckle down and change your diet and exercise more. Sad for people who don't like it but true.
