Colon polips

I was diagnosticate with a poliph who contain cancers cells... they remove it because i had an colonscopy, only because they found i have ulcerative colitis and they have to perform every year a colonscopy to be sure everything is under control... when they perform the surgery they found this polip and they took it off and examinte and they found has cancers cells... what i have to do now to be sure i will not have cancer in the future?? I am only 25 years old and i am affraid i will not be able to have 50 years old... believe me is not easy for me!! Crying or Very sad
