I read somewhere that Chromium Picolinate is a substance that is fat burning and muscle building. Is that true? In what products is Chromium Picolinate found?

Chromium Picolinate is really advertised as a fat burner and muscle builder. But I am afraid nothing is that easy There are some researches made, claiming that this story about Chromium Picolinate being a fat burner are true and that these substance is really effective… But unfortunately, you will have to find some other substance. I know that Chromium Picolinate was sold in diet pills, like Chromaslim, but I am afraid that in 1996 FTC (federal trade commission) ordered the companies selling this stuff to stop making unproven claims, connected to chromium picolinate, actually diet pills that contain chromium picolinate.
