Catscan shows fluid on right testicle

I had a normal catscan for stomach ailment and the cat scans shows fluid on right testicle on 12/18/06.. What could this be or what do you suggest?
I am 65 and I just flew home to Las Vgeas and it now feels like someone is squeezing my testicles but more pain on the left testicle.
I have noticed my urine flow is not as good as it used to be.
