Hi. I am a guy 20 years old and I am a little overweight. I would like to loose some of my body fat. And I am in dilemma. I will start to work out, but I don’t know if I should do the cardio, or to do weightlifting? What do you think? I cut the bread out of my diet, and I would like to see the results soon. Any ideas?

Well, the best thing you can do is to do both. The thing is, when you lift weights, and go on a strict diet, you starve your muscles, and believe me, this is really bad for you. For loosing weight, just running is better. But if you really want a killer combination, than jog, do some weightlifting, and eat properly. It would be wise to go to a nutritionist, so he/she could prescribe you a diet for your needs.
