Biotin and potassium supplements are especially helpful on Atkins, also take the One-A-Day Carbsmart vitamins, L-
carnitine, B vitamins, CoQ10, and chromium are helpful for any diet. I take the Carbsmarts because they encompass them altogether, but a regular multivitamin is fine for your general health, and it won't hurt not to take these specific items-it's just supposed to be helpful. I guess that there is no rule and that the positive results are individual thing.
