Can you have precum after ejaculation

Latley when I ejaculate, my cum will be a yellowish color, but I've read that's normal because it veries from man to man but after I cum I clear sticky liquid comes out

i also have precum AFTER my orgasms. i don't get precum before.

well technically it wouldn't be precum when it occurs after. i think it's just kind of a "cleaning the pipes" sort of a thing. it's not that strange. the yellowish colour is probably down to diet and if i had to guess i'd say you probably need to drink more water as i think it would indicate a degree of dehydration (especially if your semen is quite thick).
