Can the morning after pill cause a mis-carriage?

I recently went to the doctor and got the morning after pill because during intercourse my boyfriend ejeculated in me. Prior to that I was feeling very sick, light headed and had back pains. After taken the pill I have started bleeding very heavy and I have massive amounts of clots coming out of me. I feel very weak, light-headed and I have alost of pain in my vagina area as well.
