Can antibiotics cause weight gain?

During my last pregnancy I developed bladder prolapse and had to have a c-section. Since then I had bladder sling surgery but the symptoms have returned and I have had a bladder infection for months now. I have been on several antibiotics and non are working. I'm wondering if the constant antibiotics could be responsible for my recent weight gain?
