Can I be pregnant and have negative test results?

my period is 2 weeks late, I was spotting a few days befor expecting my period and never had any bleeding since then. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both came out negative. I also have some symtoms like tender breasts, nausea and fatigue. Could these symtoms just be premensrual symtoms? Or can I be pregnant and get negative results? Thanx for any advice.

Some women do seem to produce less pregnancy hormones and it is possible altough rare that a home pregnancy test could fail to detect the pregnancy. Try testing again with another brand. The symptoms could be premenstrual or they could be from pregnancy. For 100% reliable results, go to the doctor for a blood test.

I have a friend who always fail home test and has to go to the hospital to get blood drawn for prego tests
