Burnt Roof of Mouth

Hello,
I have quite healthy teeth (4 filling at age 32). I consider that healthy. Have no problems with teeth, it is just that I do not know where to post this question. I burned my mouth (especially roof of mouth) with hot milk! Did anyone ever experience this? Hope not! This burnt is in my mouth since yesterday and it is very painful. I can barely talk because of it. Have you guys any suggestion how to ease the pain in my mouth?

I read that yogurt helps. Try it, maybe it will help. I must say that I never tried it, but it is worth a shot.
