Burning sensation after i pee

Hi everyone
well i have been gettin irritated with a burning sensation inside my penis right after i pee everytime.
I went to hospital and they told me its not an inflammation. I Even did the STD test for gonorrehea and chlamdya..and was negative.
So what could be wrong here? Why do i still have the burning sensation
