Breast worries in pregnancy

I am 15 wks and have worries about my breasts. Besides that they are very tender one is quite hard and feels granulated on the side. Also I have tender under arm pit. Is that normal thing when pregnant. I know that breast are changing during pregnancy but this is my first and not sure what to expect.
