Hi. I’m 35 year old sexually active male.
I’m married for over than fifteen years and I enjoy my marriage very much.
All this time I tried with my wife to keep active our sexual life, because I’m sure that only sex sometimes can keep a marriage live.
I really enjoyed sex with my wife all this time and every new orgasm was a new experience for me.
But lately sex wasn’t like it used to be. Even orgasms are not the same.
Everything became board and I’m afraid that our sex will become routine. What should we do? I heard somewhere that there are specific techniques that can provide multiple orgasams?
Is this true?

Hi. I had same problems with my sex life earlier in life. I’m married for my husband for over than 25 years and believe-we had some really rough periods in our sex life.
So, my husband did some researching on his own and he found out some techniques that can help.
I think multiple orgasms are not possible form the medical point of view, but by learning to delay ejaculation, men can begin to experience multiple orgasms.
Since ejaculate passes the prostate on its way out, squeezing your pelvic muscle can help constrict the flow.

This can delay your ejaculation for quit some time and prolong your pleasure.
There are several ways to stop your self from ejaculating.
One of them is squeezing the tip of the penis by making a ring around the glans.
With time you will learn the right technique and make your orgasms much more “live”.
With practice these orgasms will get stronger and you will feel every orgasm a bit more powerful than your former orgasm.
I wish you every luck!
