Bleeding underarm rash

My husband is currently out of the country on a business trip. He noticed several red spots in his underarm right before he left (5 days ago). He said they were "burning & irritated." Since then, a rash has developed & he said there are "breaks in the skin" and "mild bleeding." Does anyone know what this might be?

My boyfriend is having the same symptoms in both underarms. After searching the internet, it appears that it is either shingles (usually in one armpit) or diabetes. Yours sounds like shingles.

They are abcesses i went to the doctor today and told me there is a disease i am on treatment
