Bleeding 1 week from period after eraly ectopic pregnancy

Hi There,
I have a small amount of bleeding after going to the toilet after doing number 2 (this has happened since the ectopic pregnancy) a usually starts 1 week from the due date of my period. Usually a very small amount after pushing hard and pink in colour. We are trying to get pregnant. About 15 months ago I had an ectopic pregnancy and the tube was removed and 7 months ago I had a very early miscarriage.

Can anyone help me understand what this bleeding is and whether it may be implantation bleeding?
