I have a bladder infection, so I am taking echinecea, cranberry juice, acidopholous and parsley tea. Any other ideas or advices what can be helpful for my bladder infection.

Echinacea is better used as a preventative at the onset rather than after the infection has taken hold. Also bladder infections are bacterial, so active yogurt will boost her helpful bacteria, it won't get rid of the bad stuff necessarily. Parsley is a diuretic, peeing a lot more isn't going to get rid of the bacteria. I am not sure, I am not a doctor, but I would continue with the yogurt and drink a nighttime tea of chamomile and thyme for a few nights. Hope this helps.
