Back pains with Artrose

Hi ,everybody . I'm a housewife of 29 yrs old . Have three kids . I'm suffering my back ,not a specific place ,but all my back for three yrs . I have seen several DR but with no results ,still suffering . Then i decided to do a x-ray back . The result show that i have ARTROSE in C5 C6 . The DR told me that there is no solution for this problem ,he told me that i can do physiotherapy to reduce the pain . So i don't know what to do , i saw on int that people do surgery for this kind of problem . But in my country we don't do this type of surgery . If someone has this problem , please reply to me . Or if someone knows what to do , or have an idea about it ,please tell me . thanks
