amino acid tryptophan (precursor of chemical that affect person’s mood) to the brain and suppresses the hunger. But mum then (after her dieting failure) told that he mixed up the substances in food that are supposed to effect mood and didn’t promote the right substance

of his revolutionary weight loss programme. I think it was protein instead of glucose, but I am not sure.
