Hi,
I need advice. I heard for dr. Arnot’s revolutionary weight loss. Is anyone familiar with this diet? I tried many things…huh … I would just like to have some information on this revolution Smile I guess it’s focused just on proper nutrition, but I am not certain.
Any reply is welcome!

Hello,
My mother was on this diet. Dr. Arnot promotes eating fiber as a healthful weight-loss tool, which is supposed to be scientifically sustained by his family and friends. He is not a diet specialist- forget about it. Dr. Arnot’s revolutionary weight loss is based on the effect that foods are drugs that effect our mood, and high- fiber foods should be eaten, because they “make us feel good”. They resist digestion and promote amino acid tryptophan (precursor of chemical that affect person’s mood) to the brain and suppresses the hunger. But mum then (after her dieting failure) told that he mixed up the substances in food that are supposed to effect mood and didn’t promote the right substance Smile of his revolutionary weight loss programme. I think it was protein instead of glucose, but I am not sure.
