Hello,
my husband has little pimples on the back of his hand…he says they are there since he can remember. They are reddish and doesn’t itch. Has anybody any idea what is the treatment for pimples on arms?

Hey,
My husband has them to… I think this hereditary, since his father has them too. I never thought about treating that condition, and I do not know for the remedy, but if you found out one, please, let me know.
