I believe that there is something that you are doing that aggravates your back causing knots. But I can't find cause for you it is something you have to d by yourself. Until you find out the cause, the knots won't disappear. You should see a specialist on
posture. I have problems with a back so much that I couldn't even sleep anymore. So, I started first with
yoga and the Pilates too. I have amazing results. I am spending t much time at the desk, so this is really answers to my problems. So, my idea on your symptoms is exercises and Something you should also try is a no refined sugar diet, Fruits are okay but anything like cereal, milk (besides organic whole milk), breads, alcohol need to be avoided.
