Another Headache

I had terrible headaches before 5-6 months ago and that stopped after a time, but now I am having another headache that feel like my head is going to blow. It really disturbs the quality of my work. Any advice would be great; I am not sure what triggers them.

Headaches are triggered by many things, so it is important to find if there is some underlying condition, such as cerebrovascular disease, head trauma, infection, tumor, and metabolic disorder, also head pain also can result from syndromes involving the eyes, ears, neck, teeth, or sinuses. The fact that yours reoccur another time same years shows that it wasn’t treated well for the first time, so whatever is the reason it must be diagnosed and treated.
