Anal swelling and Bleeding

I suffered from an anal abcsess 7 months ago, followed by a fistula. About two weeks ago it had almost healed up on its own. I have experienced some emotional stress lately and the last two days my bottom around the area the abcess was has swolen up into a hard sore lump and is bleeding quite heavily. I'm worried this is no longer healing.
