Anal and genital itching with yellow stool

I have had testicular pain, genital itching, anal ithching, lower right sided abdominal pain, pain in the right knee, headaches fever, fatigue, yellow or green stool, and dizziness for 3 months now. I went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotics which didn't help. I am 29 years old in a monogomous relationship. My wife does not have any of these symptoms. Please help.
